I agree with all of the above posts! We must remember that this is a lifestyle change when we find ourselves becoming discouraged and that it will take time to reach our ultimate goal. As long as you are doing what you are supposed to, it (the scale) has to eventually give in. If I was you I would follow your own gut…

Really good ideas thus far!! I have really been wanting the FitBit so I think when I lose another 10lbs, I am going to buy me one of those. I had come up with the idea of setting goal deadlines, as in 10lb by middle of Feb, 15 by middle of March and another 10lb by my birthday which is April 20th. That would be a 35lb loss…

I agree thats why I decreased it to 10lbs after the 15lbs because I believe it will be hard for me to lose. Hmmm...

I was thinking that I would start with a 10lb goal and then up it to 15lbs and then 10lbs (because I'm sure it will start to become harder for the lbs to drop). It is great to know that you have been working on your issues. We all have them but some of us are just too ashamed/afraid, etc to acknowledge them and work on them. BTW therapy is a great thing to consider, and I am not just saying that because I'm a counselor. :-)
