Fitbit or Polar F7
Okay I have had my mind set on getting a fitbit when I lose 8 more lbs. After reading some reviews, I am getting mixed reviews on both the fitbit and polarf F7. I want to be able to know the EXACT or close to exact calories I am burning. Which would you all recommend? Please weigh in with your thoughts and opinions. Thanks…

Hey everyone, I am curious to know who has any small or mini goals that they strive to reach and if so what are your rewards? I was thinking that I give my self some mini goals to reach but have not figured out what the rewards will be. Please share!

QUESTION---IS THIS ATTAINABLE OR AM I NOT BEING REALISTIC
Starting today, 1/24/12, I am doing mini goals 24lbs (10lbs) by 2/18/12---I get to buy myself a FITBIT!!! 39lbs (15lbs) by 3/24/12 ---A new pair of shoes and a new pair of jeans!!! 49lbs (10lbs) by 4/20/12 (my 28th bday) Two new outfits (one dress) I have lost 14lbs so far and these are my mini goals up until my birthday.…

I am thinking about doing the 30DS and had a couple of questions for those whom have completed it. How much weight/ inches did you find yourself losing after completing the program? Also is there anything that you need to complete it, i.e. medicine ball, weights, etc?? Thanks in advance for the responses!

Sodium question....
So am I hurting myself with "losing weight" when I go over on my sodium?? It only allows me about 2500 daily and today I was 1000+ over...Is this becoming my downfall??

A change on the scale today!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There was a 2lb increase on the scale when I checked this morning! (I know, I truly need to find some self discipline so that I do not get on there daily!!!!!!!) Could this be because I didn't work out yesterday nor did I meet my 1200 calorie intake?!?!?!!?!?!??!?!

So I honestly had a weight loss goal of losing atleast 40lb by the end of May. I am on a 1200 calorie intake including exercise. Honestly do you all think that goal is attainable? OR am I trippin?!?! LOL FEEDBACK PLEASE!!
