I think the general rule for "cut-off time" in regards to eating is 2 hours before you go to sleep, so depending on your bed time 7 or 8 would probably work. I also live alone, so there is no one to hold me accountable when I sit on the couch and snack on stuff I really don't need. Maybe a meal plan is the way to go, just…
