Every time I've been, I eat well on site and have a huge loss when I get home. The insane amount of walking takes care of those calories.

Walmart scles are just fine... Just make sure its digital. They are under $20, its the best money I've spent on anything diet wise.

Excellent attitude... Add me if you want :-)

I bought blue cheese to try crumbled in my salads. It smells like baby spitup and doesn't taste much better I wouldn't think.

Okay thanks all for those suggestions. I know for sure they have Blue Diamond brand so I'll try one of those and make sure its unsweetened. Thanks again!

Some of these snacks are making me hungry lol... I always just have an orange or an apple. :-)

As a rule of thumb, always raw. If you forget and want to weigh it cooked, just search for sweet potato cooked etc...

I make a large lasagna and it lasts all week. It freezes very well too

That's only 820 calories, I'd be hungry too. How many calories are you eating for dinner? What's your calorie limit? F.y.I. - "probably" doesn't work when counting calories. Weigh, log and plan ahead.

It's so strange how different everyone is. Myself, I use to eat breakfast and thought it would keep me from overeating but it actually just did the opposite. I wasn't hungry in the morning but was starving before bed. So I stopped eating breakfast and now have more calories for dinner or a snack. I'm no longer hungry…

The first time I lost the weight, I thought it was easy. But the second time is definitely harder. I'm sure it's just "in my head" but I don't get excited over losses anymore. I just feel guilty because here I am losing the same weight over again. I believe it's being scared of failing again and again. Dieting and losing…

If it was a one time purchase I'd buy it, but no way in heck for 13 a month.

I know I'm in the minority, but I always eat what I want on Sundays. I do not track calories, its my day off. I do eat somewhat sensible portions and not stuff myself. It's never stalled weight loss in my experience. And usually it's restaurant food, or if I can't afford to, I make something good at home. I am finding…

If you download the app for smartphone you can access the nutritional information easily. Also, if you download McDonalds app now, they are offering a free Sandwich of your choice. I'm not a huge fan, but I'll take a free Sandwich lol

I too drink a lot of water... But I was still hungry. So, I made a huge pot of vegetable beef soup and cabbage soup and froze several quarts of it. When I got bored and wanted to eat, I ate soup. It tastes delicious, but got boring after a few weeks. Needless to say, my boredom eating is almost completely gone. Simply…

I will never give up my mashed sweet potatoes with real butter. Sometimes I'll add a sprinkle of cinnamon. If I do make regular mashed potatoes, I do not use milk. I only use sour cream for texture and butter for flavor. And of course, smother in low cal gravy.

I'm in the same boat as you... Went off track and starting over. Feel free to add me

Welcome!! if you need friends to motivate and support you add me. I'm in need of a few active ones myself.

Welcome and sorry to hear about your loss. I've never heard of those supplements, but really nothing is needed to lose weight except a food scale, measuring cups/spoons, MyFitnessPal, healthy foods and the desire to succeed.

Any exercise is better than no exercise. I say keep on keeping on and you can increase in time when you're able to. Exercise isn't necessary to lose weight as long as you are in a calorie deficit.
