I had the same issue. I signed out and forced closed the app completely. When I logged back in it's working perfectly.

Any idea where I can find the recipe? It says the referenced site above has been blocked.

Wow, I need to educate myself on oils. I bought canola today. I'm glad you posted this thread. But honestly, avacado oil I can't afford. I have coconut oil but its expensive too.

I love any losses, whether it's .01 or 2 lbs. Congrats on your losses so far, you're doing great!! I love this idea, I am going to start doing this. Thanks!!

Hmmmm that's odd. You got me there, I don't know why that happened lol. I do know measuring cups are not too accurate. I have several sets and some hold differing amounts of liquid. I always go by what the scale says. My suspicion is that the measuring cups are incorrect. A while back, I was not losing weight and figured…

240 ml is one cup. I'd go with 240 for sure but how did you measure the milk before you weighed it? A measuring cup?

I have turkey, dressing, cakes and all other 'holiday' foods all the time now and fit it in my calories. So, to me it's just another day. If I were going somewhere to eat where I didn't prepare the food, I wouldn't bother logging and just enjoy that meal.

Request sent... Same size here

Just to clarify, there is a huge difference between an e-cig and a PV (Personal vaporizer). E-cigs are truly worthless. I quit using an istick 50w (PV) with a nautilus mini tank. I used it for a day without a cigarette, and the next day tried a cigarette and it tasted disgusting. I haven't looked back and started on 24mg…

Im sorry, but if someone is even thinking about leaving a partner over something as minute as eating meat because of your lifestyle choice, I think you would be doing him a favor by leaving.

Cut carbs below 100? Why??

I always use a measuring cup to portion, and enter the grams when logging. It usually is around 127-130 grams in my experience.

Thank you both for the suggestion. I have been looking at a Philips brand one, but I will definitely look those up. I love my fried foods sometimes and no matter what I try in the oven, it just isn't the same. I'd use it mostly for eggrolls and sweet potato fries. Thanks again!!

Thanks for the reply, she must really love hers lol. I think I'm gonna buy one, if I don't like it I can always find someone who will put it to good use. Thanks again!

Thanks for the input, those are some great points. If I was in my new house already, I'd have my wall oven with convection. I really need something temporary to last another 6-8 months until I'm ready to move in. Thank you!!

Cut it into 4 equal pieces. Or 8 even. When logging choose "entire pizza" from the drop down menu and enter 0.25 (1/4) for the servings, or 0.125 if you cut into 8 slices. You just use decimals.

I agree log the whole tablespoon... The rest is way too much work and borderline OCD for me.

As someone who use to work for a large chain Mexican restaurant, they use ladles to put oil on the grill for cooking the fajita vegetables. So yeah, not too sure I'd count fajitas as being healthy there. You don't have to order a menu number at most places, when asked nicely they would be happy to grill chicken, fish,…

Excellent answer already, I just wanted to add that white breads do not keep you full as long as a good 100% whole wheat bread. The same goes for tortillas, rice, and anything else that have whole wheat or complex carb options. Sweet potatoes also satiate longer than white potatoes.

I limit them myself to a couple times per week. Just my preference. But, you can eat them at every meal if you want. It's the simple carbs that should be limited imo. ETA - They are so delicious with the queaollso chipotle laughing cow wedges... Yummy!!

This is my understanding of it as well after spending countless hours researching it. Measurements should be taken with fat calipers to track fat loss. The water weight fluctuates too randomly and often to use a weight scale successfully on a daily basis.

Carbs aren't any worse for you than protein or fats. I personally only eat complex carbs when possible. I do eat plain russet potatoes in soups etc. And omg I love those ranch Veggie Straws. Not sure why they call them Veggie anything, they are glorified potato chips (marketing gimmick). But they are good!

Maybe it's just my opinion, but there should be a way to subscribe to threads and have a way to see all threads that you have commented on. This is standard in all other forums. MFP is way behind the times.

Al you have to do is, on your diary page, click the my foods tab and select items.. You don't search the database. Hope I'm understanding correctly.

I saw these today for the first time in forever. It took willpower not to put a box of boo berry in my cart lol

I'm going to eat whatever I want and however much I want. If I eat a big meal on Thanksgiving, Christmas and my birthday I won't gain hardly anything. I'm gonna enjoy it and go back to logging the day after.

I guess I would have to say thick and chewy. I can't stand oatmeal in a bowl with sugar and milk, or whatever, but I love oatmeal raisin cookies. I wish I could find an oatmeal breakfast recipe I loved.
