I eat fried foods all the time. I just make sure that it fits within my allotted calories. I agree with most, its excess calories not the foods that make you gain weight. At least that's my experience.

No, the egg is left raw as it binds the ingredients so it doesn't fall apart during cooking. I also add onion to mine. Another good thing to add is mustard. I have also added BBQ sauce before. Call me crazy but its delicious.

I use to wonder the same thing, but then I started using half the milk... One cup of cereal and 1/2 Cup of milk. Just the right amount. No waste and less calories.

I've heard that about apple cider vinegar, but never tried it... Losing 3-4 lbs a week usually just counting calories.

This is my outlook on it also... I do not eat when I am not hungry. I don't worry about shortages calorie wise. Eating when I wasn't hungry is what made me fat to begin with.

When I make things I weigh all ingredients and add them to MFP as a recipe. It does all the calculations for you and you don't have to worry about incorrect entries in the food database.

I ordered one myself, I figured it's free why not try it... But like others have said I thought it was too expensive for what you get. I did think it was great quality though and if I wasn't in such a financial mess, I would have continued getting them.

Technically, you are correct, the less calories, the more you lose. However that doesn't mean you are losing fat. More than likely that low you are losing a lot of important muscle tissue as well.

I honestly only eat two to three meals a day.. And have lost 23 pounds in the past month. So I don't really think it matters how many meals, more so calories in general. I do believe that having smaller more frequent meals makes your metabolism run more efficiently.
