Hey ladies, I completed my mile today, combo of running/walking up hill walk at 3.7 mph, run 5.5 mph at 15.27 min. I will do the 4 minute challenge Fri and post my stats here.

I ate a baked apple pie from McDonalds today..the damage 250 calories! (stupid me for not checking MFP first).

I've got about 12 pounds more to lose. It feels since I'm getting closer to my goal, this weight is literally crawling off of me :(

I'm currently 152 5'3, size 12, wearing med-large tops depending on the cut. I'm guessing I will have to slim down to the low 140s or high 130s to be a decent 6 or tight 8??

I did the exact same thing to my hubby when I started eating healthier. However he said oh no honey you're on your own. That's great you want to eat healthier but I want to enjoy the foods I like. It was hard for me, but each day it's getting easier to avoid those temptations.

I must be the only one who weighs in every 2 wks (Sun), I do it for my sanity, I use to go crazy not seeing the scale drop after my workout or a few days after. It has worked for me, I've been consistenly losing. I take my measurements every 2 wks as well.

I try not to go below 450...however my workouts vary across the board. I really like when I've surpass my weekly goal of calories burned.

Catherine 1979- Cleansing was an actual ritual in my house growing up... if anyone is familiar with castor oil my mom had my siblings and I drink it to cleanse our system (yuck).

Thanks, great idea to use the broth instead of water (hopefully the sodium isn't too high). I love rice (seriously ate it everyday) but I'm trying to control myself from it for some time. Brown rice is good, maybe I prepare too bland and it's always mushy when I make it:ohwell:. Yup I'll def give an update when I try it.
