Interesting results. Thanks!

I agree with mainly everything. However I've read for women in a healthy range is btween 20- 25% body fat, 25-30 % body fat is overweight, above 30% is obese.

Believe it or not, I went to a Dr. for a physical in summer 2011 and inquired about my bf %. He did the exact same thing I was doing before I got my monitor. He input my stats on some website and told me the results. I never went back to him.....

Thanks! I've read about this too, maybe I'll try this when I reach my goal weight.

I also used websites that "calculated" the percentage but the results were always different within a 2 % range. That's a lot imo. The gym I used to attend uses the same monitor I have now. Many moons ago, a trainer at Ballys used the calipers on me I think I was around 33% bf but I weighed in low 140's then :frown:

Ok I get it now. Thanks for the tip!!

I've read this formula while researching; according to this I would only have to lose 6 pounds. Realistically I need to drop 20 pounds which would put me in normal weight range.

You're right! It's been challenging to get 100 grams of protein (or more) daily; I guess this is where creativity comes in. I also use it as guide but it's always in the same ballpark when I do measure....

27.1%. My goal is under 25% btwn 21-23%. I have an omron.

This is an awesome thread! I'm loving my booty for real especially since I've started focusing on toning and such. I'm feeling my thighs as well b/c I can see my quads!

I never wore one as a child, but I usually ride in the spring and summer and yes I wear one now.

I just completed Lvl 1 & 2 last week. This workout had me dripping in sweat Each time. You will feel sore in places you didn't know existed. The sequence of moves definitely keep those thighs and your bum burning. I noticed a difference after the first week; I also lost an inch in my waist suprisingly. My profile pic is a…

Great progress you look so fit and strong!

This is such a good question. Take into consideration not only your weight, but height, BMI and most importantly body fat %. Measurements help too. For me a size 12 is too big I already gain the most in my upper thighs & hips area. That's too much junk for me to be carrying around. I also tend to go up a size every 8-10…

Well done what a difference!! I have 30DS too but haven't fully finished the program. I started JM Killer Buns & Thighs currently on Day 6, I pushing to complete this entire round. Seeing this gives more motivation!!

Amazing results, you look so different!!

No children involved, still pretty early in my career so I'm going back to my maiden name. Don't care to be associated with that name. I don't mind the paperwork to change it, it's worth it for me.

This summer has been challenging staying on track, so my goal for Aug is to workout 4 days minimum and lose realistically 4 pounds...

A statement I have on my profile, I want the best body MY genetics can give me, I want to be healthy but I want to look sexy more :glasses:

Bump for info.

Great info!! I've been researching how to work my way up to this. Will add to my list.

Most helpful advice b/c I'm living it right now especially if things don't work out....

This thread is very interesting. i know all of my numbers on a consistent basis. My BMI is 27.1 and my BF is 27.1%, I have a body fat analyzer that I measure weekly. I believe body fat is a lot more important than BMI. However my BF was higher this time last year even though I weighed 6 pounds less (thank you weight…

IMO Whey protein is an acquired taste. I'm on my third brand while I find it taste better with water, I still force myself to drink it in one to three gulps. Unfortunately, protein powders helps me get in my daily goal so I'm stuck with it

I never want to see 160 or higher again..

Not in my phone, changed my number and deleted his and my ex Mother In Law number too....complete cut off

Unlike most of the posters, I take a vitamin shake every morning (can't swallow pills). It's a lil extra work but I take my two scoops with water before I head out the door. I feel the difference when I forget or don't take them.

I couldn't wait till I got home 81% Gynaeoid. The measurements described are so close to my own 37 31 42.

BUMP. This info will be useful.

My goal weight is based on my Dr's recommendation and also within a healthy BMI/Bodyfat for my height and age.
