I think it depends on body structure and also when you are willing to buy new clothes! I am down 30 lbs and still wearing the same clothes I always have. They just look better on me! I am hoping after another 20 I will have no choice but to go get new clothes as they are falling off. That has not happened yet.

I look at people...hard not to go into a place full of people and not look at them. Sometimes it is entertaining, I like to people watch, no shame in it. I watch people, people watch me...workout alone in your basement if you don't like it.

What you are eating is a snack and not a 'dinner' I would say. To maintain your weight you can see eat A LOT more then that. Watery oatmeal? Puke! But..to each their own!

I am 5'6 and weigh 165lbs. I eat anywhere from 1600-2000 depending on my activity level. I find I really need to have a good work out to get my 2000 cals! I seem to lose about 1.5-2 lb a week if I stick around 1700-1800, swim 2 times a week , lift 2 times a week and do 1 5km jog a week.

I have done two 8 weeks round of bootcamp in my local area and am about to start my 3rd. I assume all are different but in all classes I have been in everyone can basically go at your own pace. It depends what you are into. I love my swimming but not everyone is a swimmer. I am not a runner but people seem to get addicted and love running. I LOVE bootcamp type classes that combine cardio and strength. Skipping? Biking?

I get this ALLLL the time after I do strength workouts. I should probably eat more bananas I have heard it helps as well as magnesium suppliments which others have suggested.

Ha ha. I sweat like that within 10 min of my workout. After 30 min of any type of cardio it looks like I have been dunked in a dunk tank. Congrats to you though for getting your sweat on!

I used to plant trees for a reforestation company. My longest day planting was 13 hours and I planted over 4500 trees. I have no idea my burn but I am sure that would have been my most. I do know that summer I lost 38lbs in less then 3 months!

I think it depends on your body type. I thought 'boy shorts' would work well for working out but my thighs touch and I found them riding up on me and bunching up in my crotch. I also think personal preference. I like to wind down in the evening and have always been more of a morning person. I like to get it out of the way. I walk all day long and don't have much energy for a good workout in the evenings. However I skipped this morning so will attempt to fit something in tonight!
