I have stopped eating ALL processed foods, I also cut out bread, potatoes and rice. I have lost 35 pounds since October by eating whole foods, logging what I eat on MFP and exercising. There is no miracle foods or supplements, just hard work and determination!

I had to become A LOT less picky!

I gave up all alcohol! Do not need the calories and I run 5k's and don't want the poison in my system!

Every morning I get out of bed, strip down naked and empty my bladder, then step on the scale. It keeps me in check and It is easy to remember what I had to eat the day before if the scale goes up.

I never ate all my calories back from exercise. I stayed at 1200. I am now on maintain and still do not eat the calories I earn from my exercise.

Down a bra size, had to remove a link from my watch band, cheek bones are back and I am down 4 sizes! I am also hitting my hip bones all the time. OUCH!!

Been there, hit 168...my 9 month pregnancy weight was 160!! 4.5 months later i am 135 and holding. MFP helped alot! I also use the Shop well app to help me make better choices at the grocery store! you can do it!!

I haven't eaten bread, pasta, potatoes or rice in 4 months, the weight went very very fast at first, Is is a daily struggle but well worth it!
