If you really want to lose weight you do your homework and figure out what's good and bad for you and look up how many calories are in everything. Unfortunately kids aren't thinking that way and get suckered in and quickly addicted. Then it's just one more thing to give up some day :-(

I used to weigh-in on Mondays but now do it on Wed so that I have time to let the weekend splurge calm dow a bit! Don't beat yourself up about yesterday, just focus on today. That advice is as much for me as it is for you!
