I was ACCTICED to diet mt dew!! havent had but 2 in 3 weeks....verses thats all I drank period! I started putting fresh lemon in my water and I can drink it much better now

Ive never cooked in cockpot...cause they cook really fast...but I do put in over w/ a can of cream of mushroom soup and bake! awesome!! u can get the reduced fat soup.

I love the Special K chocalty pretzel cereal bars!!! just 90 cals nuts are good whole wheat tortilla/w.peanut butter and banana...cut in half and have 2 snacks

I havent had one yet! but I plan to once every two weeks or once a month! Some ppl do it...because they say it speeds up their metabilism...idk. I have 3 kids myself and it is hard to fit in exercise...but just be creative. Maybe do 10 here and there until u do 30-90 min a day..it all counts. The calories is hard...I do cook but I just dont eat as much as I used to.

They are great before a workout...give u an energy boost. I dont love them but i try to eat 1 everyday because I have low potassium.

You should atleast eat 1200 calories from what i understand. and I dont think a light snack would hurt if you still have calories left.

I feel u....but u can get healthy food and eat normal just portion. I have a family of 5 and I usually eat what i fix the kids just not as much and dont use butter and fry things like i used to. It does cost alot of money to buy all those prepackaged meals (not worth it....unless u can afford it.) Just make smart choices.…
