Im coming back on MFP in hope I can lose weight and keep it off. pork chop casserole yummy!!
9x13 glass pan 1 cup of raw rice 2 3/4 cup of water 1 pkg of onion soup mix 1 can of mushrooms 1 pk of breakfast boneless trim fat pork chops mix rice soup mix and water, mushrooms layer chops on top of that. cook covered at 350 for 45 min. my family liked it..I try to make up stuff w/ what i have on hand.

I have to say.. I cant believe Dr. Oz had this on his show first off...but it was very imformitive. The HCG is a 500 calorie a day diet w/ a shot or can be taken by mouth 3 times a day. They had lots of sucess stories and a few bad stories. On this diet u can lose up to a pound a day. I dont see how this diet could be…
