NEED HELP W/ TDEE

Ive seen alot of ppl eating this way. Thought I would try since im at a stand still. Can anyone give any advice on exactly how they do this? I am a busy working mom of three kids so simple would be great.

I just started yesterday excited to see what comes my trainer has been saying for months I eat to little now I'm at a stand still figured I try it out!! I still cant figure out if everyone tracks their exercise on MFP I know you wouldn't eat the calories just wanna know if they track them?0
