I would have to say your not eating enough calories to support that much activity. Try adding in a cheat day once a week or every 2 weeks if you are comfortable w the 1200 a day.

Light or airpopped popcorn. I make on stove w/ olive oil (great) Cheese and apple or peanut butter apple. whole wheat waffle w/ peanut butter and 1/2 banana. If i eat some protein like cheese or peanut butter I stay full longer. Like today I ate a Special K cereal bar for convience and im starving right now!!

i usually eat whatever I want. Just portion control! I know how many calories I need a day and get in some exercise. This is a lifestyle change not a race. I will however say I have done no carbs once in this 6 months to reset my body. Did for 2 weeks. It does work great but I cannot say I would be able to do it forever.

this! I have 3 in school saves me lots of fights about what to wear. They know what they will be wearing. I wish i had a uniform to wear to work! lol

I started just this site ..3 times and lots of other fad diets. I think I have finally figured out this and am sticking w it since Jan. It doesnt matter how many times just keep trying. Something will finally click and you'll be like!!DUH

yes I would tell him. Why not? You are both adults. If he hates them. How about you put it somewhere you could hide it. I have 2 myself. But I work in a bank so I do cover them and where I put them I can hide them.

I love it!! But I loved to dance before I'd gotten so overweight!! Good Music! you are balls to the wall for a solid hour!! I like the live classes much better than the game/videos. When Im in front of ppl I will try harder and not stop!! Good luck. I only do 2 times a week and have lost lots of inches

I love subway! I just look it up on their website if I want something different. I usually get turkey or grilled chicken all the veggies -lettuce

I weigh every morning before I get ready for work. It helps keep me in check..really! If your get discouraged easily I do not recommend this at all. It will go up and down daily. I only record loss, not the gains so my ticker always has exactly what i have lost since started this in Jan.

Heck no!! I gave up diet mt dew in Feb. that and coffee is all I drank. I still drink numerous cups of coffee!! lol. I have totally given up artificial sweetner. just do it little by little and soon you wont be able to tell. I do however use creamer flavored.
