Lay on your back picking the ball up with the inner part of ankles doing leg raises passing ball to your hands which are up by your head they will work lower and upper abs then pass ball from hands back to ankles and lowering down but not letting feet touch the ground! Hold ball between ankles while lying on back lifting legs off ground and drawing the numbers in the air from 1 to 20!
Standing up with ball between feet and boxing gloves on, if you dont have any bare fisted punch the ball between your feet alternating hands as fast as you can! Sit on floor place ball between legs and squeeze it as hard as you can for sixty seconds then release. you can pump also squeeze release squeeze release. Sit on ball lean back back and cross arms over chest twist at the waist from side to side but keep leaning back engaging your Abs!! Lay on back and put legs on the ball and do crunches, you can also crunch and move ball down legs to ankles while crunching then pull ball back up the legs!!0 -
My favorite move is to get in the push up position and then put your feet on the ball. Keeping your back straight you have to bend your legs in and then out at the knees and do as many as you can without losing balance.0
