Yeah i'll do that for machines thanks! :) but what about exercise classes? what should I put down for them since MFP overestimates it?

I haven't really been looking at the nutritional value of food :/ I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, two clementines and a carrot with lunch....
