So on the topic before people said not to eat below my BMR but to definitely eat below my TDEE for weight loss... I used two different sites to find out my BMR and TDEE and they said both around 1852 for BMR and around 2600-2800 for TDEE.. what does this mean? What works better MFP or TDEE/BMR?
Lots of people are saying using the TDEE/BMR method works very well for them and they eat a good lot more calories than MFP recommends... I don't know what to do, really want a diet to work for me... I ate a lot of low fat crisps, is this a bad thing?
I literally eat about 3-5 packets of weight watchers crisps a day, they are low calories and they're all I grab when I want a snack etc. Is this very bad? and if so, is there any other low calorie snacks that I could eat? I have a real bad snacking habit :/

I feel sort of bad if I eat the calories I have burnt off in the gym... it feels like your defeating the whole point of doing it.. or is there a reason that I should eat them?
