The chocolate soy puffs are really good and do help with chocolate cravings. Mixing them 1/2 bag chocolate soy puffs with 1/2 bag of the peanut butter ones make you think you are having a Reese cup!

Hi Sharon, I have been doing IP for almost 3 months now and yes, every time you cycle, you will not lose much if anything and that is normal. My coach warned me about this, and it is frustrating, but usually the following week after your cycle you will have a big loss. Stick with it and you will continue to see results!…
