i did it last monday and was sore till friday! lost 2 pounds that week... i did it again this past monday and not as sore, i lost 3 pounds this week! its great! and i have a small space to do it in and you dont need much! have fun, you will be able to see/feel the difference in your body!

I live in a smaller town so the eggroll wrappers are in the freezer section above some of the frozen stir fry meals.

it was only 1 pt for the old WW points, it cant be that many calories, i suggest putting it in the recipe builder to find out for sure... the only fat you have is the olive oil and you can cut back on that too ooo and the cheese but i dont put that on sometimes either... its sooo good!

My sister said about 110 per piece, you can put it in the recipe builder to be sure though!

I do the same, very good! I have made BBQ Chicken Pizza, BLT Pizza and Turkey Pepperoni, Ham, the options are unlimited!! Even TACO! YUM!!
