I too have issues with plain water and need the fizzy stuff at times. I have and use a Sodastream for perhaps my last two glasses of water needed daily or I tend to get San Pellegrino since it's naturally carbonated.

I'm definitely a metrics guy too (can't measure it, can't fix it) and have the older Ultra Tracker which is the precursor to the One and the Aria WiFi Smart Scale. I have noticed a significant difference when I put the Ultra Tracker on my wrist instead of my hip (for sleep you get a wrist band that you pop the Tracker in)…

Count me in... I started last summer and lost close to 20 pounds then hit a heavy patch of travel at work and am finally got back into tracking foods in December and started losing a little weight since then but I'm lacking the motivation for the workouts... until your guys start kicking my butt!
