This is "Sassy water". Super yummy, it just helps you flush the bloat and get your water intake for the day...which isn't a bad idea at all. I make it all the time when I'm bored of plain water :)

This seems like the most positive approach. I usually figure that if they are here, then they are for a reason. If I see a lot of "duckface" or meat market comments, then they are gone. Or if the don't log for more than 3months. I know crap happens but I want my feeds full of encouragement and triumps..not bullcrap :tongue:
