It's mostly on the machines so it's probably not all that accurate. Most of it is from soccer training, I've been playing since I was 6 but quit for a while after an injury and I gained a lot of weight. I'm running almost as much as I used to do before my injury.

No more packaged foods, crisps, or soda. I eat everything else but I take caution on fatty foods and eat small portions. For example if I'm eating out, I'll eat half of my meal and take the rest home for later or some other day.
