Worked out yesterday Squat 60kg Bench press 35kg Barbell row 47.5kg I am super excited that I am getting close to body weight for my squats! Added in a few leg presses and then 16 mn of tabata hiit bodyweight stuff. Kind of proud of myself that I actually did burpees slightly randomly in the middle of the gym.

Today was my second workout at my new gym... Hello ladies Can I join in? Been lurking for a bit and on week three Did workout a today Squat 50kg Bench press 27.5kg Row 40kg Was really pleased with my bench press since I feel I'm weaker on this but I actually felt I could have gone heavier!

Yesterday I rocked a pair of short shorts in public! ! I have always hated my chunky orange peel legs but the orange peel is nearly gone and they are definitely less chunky :-) Massive nsv for me!

You know, the only thing I really agree with is 28. Education should be affordable for all... and yes I'm scottish. Which brings me onto the other thing, the UK is not just England and if there's one thing that gets me riled about other nationalities its referring to us all as English. We're not. Rant over...

Weirdly the only sore part of me is my hamstrings! I've been doing a body weight hiit class anyway so jump lunges were fine, but def felt it in my legs. Hear you with the squats cubs! Down to 4 and 8 kgs...

Hi ladies I started stage three this morning. Really enjoyed it! The dumbbell snatch makes me feel awesome! That overhead squat though is just awkward. Especially with my left arm raised for some reason. Body weight matrix was tough in a good way, left the gym on shaky legs!

Finally feel like I have got the fspp down! Still a bit sore on the wrists but have sorted my technique right out, and it doesn't feel like the most awkward thing in the world any more! Yay. And another 5kg to add :-)

Finally got a2 done today, and managed to add a tiny bit of weight to the fspp! Woo! A total of 20kg! Very much limited by my stupid wrists... Feeling a little held back today by grip strength too. Hey ladies, What do you guys think about lifting when ill? I have a stinking cold at the moment, stuffed nose, literally no voice and coughing. I have had such a busy week that I haven't lifted since Saturday and I'm feeling really guilty! I'm due to do workout a- what do you think? Bad ideas? Rest up or hit the gym?

Venom- I always feel so self conscious the first time I'm trying to adjust the equipment to do a new exercise- for example setting up the bench to the right incline! Squishing my boobs against the bench in the Cuban snatch was not comfortable!!

Gosh! I am pretty close to your weights for workout A (with four workouts to go) but your workout B weights... wowza! especially lunge and deadlift! Thought I was doing well at 45kg deadlift tonight! Well done, such heavy weights!
