ugh remind your man how much you need his support and how much it would help. my boyfriend every once in awhile will tell my my legs look toner or somethingg along the lines and it really is motivating. have him get on board!! who cares about how good that girl looks...i'm sure there's plenty of other great looking guys…

11 weeks i would think is more than enough time as long as you do it everyday and every few days add on more running until you stop again! IT IS POSSIBLE and you CAN do it! Think about how awesome you will feel after. Plus race day is alot easier than practice. Good luck to you!

you know what I find it hard to believe ANYONE really looks at someone whos running on the treadmill and thinking anything negative. i mean honestly if they're even able to pay attention to you their probably not working out to hard anyway. i'd say just do it girl even if you have to keep slowing you'll get better but…

I'm not sure how nutritous it is but I always eat a like handful of brocolli and half of a potato and feel really satisfy
