^^ 100% spot on. Though some clothes did in fact shrink (because my boyfriend likes to try to do my laundry) a lot of it had to do with quitting smoking, eating more and moving less. I now have a scale and I weight myself every friday morning religiously and I don't eat for entertainment.

But none the less you don't give a child a tray of food and then take it away in front of all of their classmates and throw it in the garbage. If there was a problem then they shouldnt have even served the child in the first place.

Well you absolutely want to make or be as close to your calorie goal as possible but you should also pay attention to your macros and make sure your staying within those goals. You may have a touch of the OCD but in my opinion everyone does. If this is something your doctor hasn't seen from you before than I can see why it caused her to offer up the professional help but she's just doing her job. Good job keeping track though, I wish I were that organized.

yes a calorie is a calorie but you want to base your food off of nutrition not just calories. you cannot compare 100 calories of ice cream to 100 calories of carrots. continue to stay in your calorie goal but also pay attention to your macro goals, your sugars, your fats etc. etc. If you have a 100 calorie piece of cake…
