If the meal has a lot of carbs than yes, if the meal has higher protein than no. I keep apples on hand for when this happens. I've done 1 round of 21 day fix and lost 10 pounds doing so and have kept it off. I'm gearing to do start a second round Monday. I would highly recommend it.

These are all really great ideas! Thank you! IronBelote I do mix crushed fruit with my cottage cheese sometimes, usually blueberries but I'll have to try pineapple. I went out and bought some beef jerky, sodium is a bit high but its a nice change.

Looking at your diary, you are eating a ton of sugar and your sodium is so high. IMHO if you adjust those you should begin to see progress. Also are you measuring everything? I just bought myself a food scale a couple weeks ago and it was crazy how much I was over/underestimating.

I did the GM cleanse about a year and a half ago. its 7 days. It ranges with days you can only eat fruits and days you can only have veggies. there is a milk and banana day, a beef and tomato day. I lost 6 pounds but gained it back later on. honestly it wasn't worth 7 days of giving up legit meals.
