I did my first 'fast' yesterday....turned out more like 600 cals but I am happy! Felt really good and I plan on continuing with it. I will do two 'fast' days per week and one lower cal day or about 1000 cals. Feel free to add me ...........

You 'force' yourself to go to the gym....are you working hard enough? I would log and track everything you do all foods and drinks and get a HRM or similar device that works out what your burn is - great motivator? Also hate to say it but could you be pregnant???

Its normal I am up 5lb this week..............also I wouldn't sweat being over by a hundred or so calories, just stay consistent. You are doing a great job!!
