                I have an Implanon in (my third) and in my experience eating and sitting on my bum all day caused the weight gain, not a plastic rod in my arm!! I have no problem losing weight whilst having Implanon, but if I go back to eating like a pig, damn right I will gain weight...............

                This is a great idea :tongue: I am 5'8'' and currently weigh 156lb. My goal weight is 147lb, but I will probably keep going to about 140..... I love exercising, currently I run, do strength training, insanity, turbofire, tabata and anything that get a good sweat up.

                I have the implanon and in the time it has been in have lost over 20lb......I think it is unfair to blame weight gain on contraception, its what you put in your mouth that makes you fat.
