                You haven't ruined anything, because if you are approaching this as you should - you are making LIFE changes! Just start fresh the following day, eat healthy foods and exercise at a level that allows you to be fabulous! BTW - I f%$k up all the time...the key is never giving up :wink:

                I would call myself a beginner and I can do 5k in 35 mins.......I would say the most important goal for me is to complete every run without stopping or slowing down and this is what I concentrate on. We all have different goals, I think it s great just putting my trainers on and getting stuck in - good luck!

                Most of us here are very short on time and don't / cant go to a gym..... don't make excuses, kick some *kitten* lol

                I have long curly hair too and I wash every 2 - 3 days regardless of workout sweat!

                If you are in this for life and accept that you wont give up, you need to accept that your motivation will fluctuate.........sometimes I am annoyingly positive and motivated, other times I drink a bottle of wine down a box of chocolates and think f%$k it! Just keep going...........
