I tried curves a few years ago and thought it was terrible....I left when I realised that the 'instructor' had made my initial weight and measurements higher so they could claim that I had lost inches after a couple of weeks! I personally don't think it's a very good workout and too repetitive, but if you are interested…

When I started last January, I had to force myself to exercise, now I love it and look forward to working out every day. Condition yourself to think of pizza, particularly from that pizza place, as disgusting......think about the workers there sweating on the pizza, going to the toilet without washing their hands or sneezing / spitting on the toppings!

Get her to cut her carbs for a few weeks, drink tonnes of water and change her exercise routine. Something doesn't add up!

ME - more or less eaten what I want within reason. I have been eating clean the last couple of weeks as an experiment and I must say I have lost another few pounds and been less bloated etc, so it does work - but hey we all need to live right!

You are not overweight - you might want to be smaller to fit your ideal, but actually there is nothing wrong, unhealthy or probably unattractive about how you look. This is in your head.... and BTW we all get this which is why we are all here, striving to be stronger, fitter, hotter lol Could it also be the time of year…
