Help me!

Look in my diary pleae and tell me if I am doing ok ???

I eat around 14-1600 cals. Workouts are 6 days a week. 30 mins cardio, 30-45 weights (squats, legpress, abdominals, arms).
I also have "nookie" almost daily.

Yet I have been stuck for over a month between 133 - 135. My goal is 128 and I am STUCK!

I have MFP set to lose .4 a week. I can tell you that my stomach is tighter and flatter. My arms are firm and stunning, my back is smooth and muscular.

Am I doing all this wrong? Or is my body where it wants to be?

Additional info:
5'3.5" size 4/5
female 37 years old.

Also I dont eat "clean" or paleo. I just try to eat better than the Standard American Diet. I drink an occasional diet soda and use stevia in my coffee. I also found that since incorperating weights into my routine I am damned HUNGRY all the time!!!!!!

    can i ask why you felt the need to say that you have 'nookie' every day??????

    you're obviously losing fat if you have more definition, so why worry about the scales?

    I count is as a form of exercise ;)
