I pre-log on the night before, then as the day goes by I correct the measurements when I'm making whatever meal I'm having. Pre-logging definitely helps me stay within my calorie limit.

:D I love how the 2nd cat joins in for the ride.

Nawww, the ginger one wanted a ball on it's paws too. See, at the end it put its paws together :D

Definitely one of the most handy things to have

That's a cool special effect

Ahaha, I've gotta say, that's a pretty fearless rat. Seems like it's been though some things, and now doesn't take sh** from anyone or anything XD

*Dory's song from Finding Nemo, with a word switch* Just keep digging, just keep digging. Just keep digging, digging, digging. What do we do, we diiiig.

Hmmm, I need to use this tip in other aspects of my life. It would be a good approach in putting an end to my bad habit of procrastination

Ooh I love those optical illusions.

This one had me a little confused at first because I thought the matress was originally flat on the ground, then I realised it was leaning up against the wall

Yep, I tend to pre-log my food diary, then as the day goes by I edit and adjust measurements as I'm making the meals (to make the calorie amount more accurate). Plus I add any extras I ate, and remove any pre-logged food that I didn't end up eating

Cauliflower is definitely a good one. I use it to replace rice, potato (when it comes to dinners that require mashed potatoes), pizza bases, etc  It's quite useful. :)

I think it helps setting different weekly goals and doing more than just cardio (like adding in strength training). I don't really like cardio but I do at least 30mins just for the sake of having some exercise that MFP will record a calorie loss for. However I really enjoy strength training, it could be because I like…

Chewing sugar-free mint gum has helped me to not constantly think about wanting to eat. I've been put on a temporary diet for medical reasons and the first days were tough! Chewing the sugar-free gum really helped

Just thought I'd share my story and reason why I'm on Optifast  So I'm not necessarily new to MFP (I joined about 3 yrs back, stopped using the site after a few months then came back just February this year. I decided to installed the app). The reason I'm back on MFP is because I've had to get serious about my…

That's awesome that with strength training you achieved your goals, and it's also super motivating to me because I enjoy strength training over cardio, but keep hearing that cardio is best for weight loss. Well you're living proof that strength training is just as good for weight loss as well, and not just for gaining…

First of all congratulations on your weight loss  and it's nice knowing that while following the 1800cal intake you've lost so much. I've been sticking to that one too but got a bit concerned that maybe I should lower it since it seems most of my fellow MFP friends are on lower ones. But having lost 10kg so far.…

@agzram Well done! I have a question to ask regarding weight loss in your stomach area. How long was it 'til you could see and feel that your stomach area had reduced (how much weight had you lost at that point). My bust and stomach area are the biggest areas on my body and so far I've lost 10kgs but they seem…

Hey guys, so I'm not necessarily new to MFP (I joined about 3 yrs back, stopped using the site 'til Feb this year, installed the app) but I'm back because I've had to get serious about my health and weight loss. I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes late January this year, and ever since the diagnosis I've been very…

Crochet braiding really is great. I recently took out my braids and had a lot of knots which resulted in a lot of breakage (bigger than my palm, fortunately I have thick hair so it's not noticeable. Funnily enough I used to hate the thickness of my hair, now I see it as a blessing hehe). I recently found videos by a lady…

Interesting read, it seems to be the one I'm currently on :)
