  • I just joined a group where we have all committed to 40 days of a minimum of 20 minutes a day of exercise as well as 40 days with no scale.   • My fear food is pretty much anything in my pantry....carbs, carbs, carbs. Crackers, pretzels, chips. Staying strong so far! On a positive note....I have replaced my "fear foods" with almonds and raisins....I can't just remove all temptation...I have to replace with healthier options.

  • Maybe you could calculate the extra calories from the luncheon and then the very next time you work out, have that surplus number in your head. When you feel like quitting your workout, remember you've got a calorie debt to pay : )
