  • Had an awesome workout today! day 2 level 3 of the 30 day shred followed by 30 minutes of elliptical 2 minutes at each resistance level going up to 10 and then 1 minute each level going down When I started I could barely complete the 30 day shreds, I am definitely starting to feel more fit.
