I have been vigilant about logging everything. It has kept me honest and focused. I keep thinking about this summer and going camping on the beach with my family. I only want to be focused on the beauty of the time with my family. I don't want nagging thoughts of self loathing getting in my way anymore.

Yes, each level is 10 days. There are a lot of reps, so I started with 2.5lbs and worked up to 5lbs. I wouldn't do more than 10lbs because there are just...so...many....reps! lol! I did 10 days of level one, am on day 4 today of level 2. It is so so so worth it! I couldn't finish the first 2 days of level 2 but I tried again on the 3rd day and did the whole thing : ) Feels amazing! It is so hard and every time I think I can't finish but push through, and every day it gets easier and I feel stronger…

So, I just got all of the way through level 2! The last circuit I didn't use weights but I did all of the movements! I even shoveled this morning (heavy snow) I can't wait to measure Monday!

Shoveled heavy snow with my hubby for 50 minutes this morning Completed 30ds level 2 day 3....Got all the way through it today! I had to stop yesterday 20 minutes in....but today I knocked it out of the park : ) Feeling so very proud of myself. MARKED PROGRESS!

Level 2 day 2 for me today....I have to admit, I was so sore and shaky I only got through 20 minutes of the workout. I felt so discouraged. I guess I just have to keep at it and try to stay with her for at least one more minute tomorrow. Any advice?

I live in Michigan and we got quite a bit of snow....and we have a huge driveway....so I shoveled for 2 hrs, my heart was pounding the whole time, hard to believe that you can get so hot when it's freezing out!! So shoveling is my exercise for today!
