Today I plan on hitting the gym after work. Sleeping in was definately worth it this morning!
30 mins of some cardio machine
30 mins of C25K
30 mins of another cardio machine
(I have knee problems and I've figured out if I do low-moderate cardio before and after running, my body feels so much better than if I just stretch.)0 -
