I'm feeling like a lazy bum today... so I'm making this a "rest" day. Just walking to work (20 min) today.

Day 23: 3/6
I'm feel a little under the weather. I have my gym bag so that I can head there after work, but I think that I might just call it and go home and do week 1 of 30DS. I've been not doing enough strength training and it's not a running day. It might be in my best interest.
My plan is:
1. 25 min 30DS, Level 1
2. Another short workout video (if I'm not dying by this time.)0 -
This is my 17th day of the 30 day shred, strongest day yet!0
