I love it and think it's been one of my best fitness investments. It keeps me motivated to get up and move around during the day (I like to see how high I can get my step number) and the integration with MFP makes it easy to track my calorie burn. I just go by the calorie adjustment it gives rather than logging everything…

I picked up one at Kohl's a few weeks ago. They had a nice selection and everything was on sale so the prices were reasonable.

Agree with the other two posters. I've been doing New Rules of Lifting for Women for a while now and am really happy with the results (plus it's fun to try new moves and see how much I can lift). I've lost about 30 lbs overall but when when the scale wasn't moving I was still losing inches (tightening my belt and watch).…

I think I'm going to hate the BWM by the end but everything else I like. Maybe it's more that I'm glad to be done with Stage 2. Def. didn't like that one.

Did my first Stage 3 workout today and I think this is going to be my favorite stage. Love the moves and the combinations but man is that BWM tough!

While I LOVE peanut butter I'm also a fan of Justin's almond butters. The chocolate one is delicious on a banana. http://www.justins.com/

I add 1/2 cup of frozen berries to mine. The juice from the berries plus 1/2 a packet of Splenda makes it sweeter without a lot of extra calories.

I don’t know anything about iron deficiency but if your thyroid is underactive that can definitely make it difficult to lose weight because your thyroid hormones affect your metabolism. You need to have your levels checked by your doc and will mostly likely need to take meds to regulate it. I was diagnosed with…

For me it was all about patience. I was stuck for a few months. I knew I was losing inches because I needed to tighten my belt and watch band but the scale wasn't moving. I kept doing what I had been (60 mins cardio 5x a week, weight training 3x and eating well) and now the scale is finally moving in the right direction. I…

I'm looking forward to trying this tonight. Using tilapia instead of sea bass. http://www.self.com/fooddiet/recipes/2013/06/sea-bass-citrus-olive-caper-sauce

Here's how it breaks down. Workout A: Squats Push ups Seated rows Step ups Prone jacknifes First you do the sets of squats, then do one set of push ups, rest 60 seconds, do the seated rows, rest 60 seconds and repeat. Same with the step ups and jacknifes, one set, rest 60 seconds, next set, rest 60 seconds and repeat.…

I'm on my third pair of Sauconys. They fit me well and hold up to 5x a week workouts.

I was struggling with this move to. The other day I happened to put my hands on the bench I was using for my step ups and it really helped. I was able to roll the ball further up and definitely felt it in my abs more than I have the other few times I've done it. Wondering if it might be like push ups where you work your…

It can be a little confusing to figure out the workouts at first. Here's how it breaks down. I like a mix of 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries), 1.5 cups vanilla almond milk and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. It's about 360 calories but you could cut back to half a scoop of protein powder and a cup of almond milk to get under your goal. I like frozen fruit better…

I don't log any of my workouts on MFP; I just go with the calorie adjustment from my Fitbit. Less things to worry about logging and because the Fitbit is on my hip while I'm working out and knows exactly how many steps I did I feel it's a little more accurate than just saying I was on the elliptical for 60 minutes.

I love my Fitbit! It's probably the best tool I'm using right now in trying to lose weight. It reminds me to get up and walk around more during the day. Plus, the sync with MFP makes it easy to track exercise calories. I just go with the Fitbit adjustment rather than remembering and logging everything. Not 100% accurate…

I love Justin's Almond Butter. Comes in a few different varieties, chocolate, maple, vanilla. Really good with a banana for an afternoon snack or in this protein ice cream recipe: http://www.bornfitness.com/protein-ice-cream/

I like Balance Chocolate Craze bars - they taste like a chocolate covered brownie. You can also try this protein ice cream recipe from Born Fitness. Definitely hits the spot for me: http://www.bornfitness.com/protein-ice-cream/

I just go with the calorie adjustment from my Fitbit. It's not 100% accurate (esp. on days when I lift) but I'm sure there are things I miss logging to so it probably evens out in the end. Plus, it's one less thing to have to remember and log at the end of the day :)

I'm a big fan of Sauconys. I've had similar issues with my feet hurting, especially during cardio. I'm on my third pair now and they've all been great, less pain and they've held up really well.

I love my Fitbit. It keeps me motivated to get up and move throughout the day. I also like that it syncs with MFP, helping me see how my activity and eating match up. Definitely recommed getting one. The Fitbit Zip is less expensive than the One but I don't think it tracks your sleep so it might not meet all of your needs.
