NROL Supercharged
I'll finish my last workout of NROL4W tonight and trying to figure out what to do next. I'm considering NROL Supercharged, assuming it will build on what I've been doing and the moves will be somewhat familiar. Wanted to see what others think.

Reverse Lunge with Forward Reach???
Did the second workout of Stage 2 for the first time tonight and couldn't figure out the reverse lunge with forward reach. I had trouble stepping off the box and going directly into the lunge and remembering to do the whole reach forward part. Anyone have tips for the best way to approach this one?

Strength Training Advice and Resources
I strength train 3x a week but tend to do the same three routines (arms, upper body, legs) each time. Looking for some advice on how often I should change things up and some good resources to help me develop new workouts.
