Strength Training Advice and Resources

I strength train 3x a week but tend to do the same three routines (arms, upper body, legs) each time. Looking for some advice on how often I should change things up and some good resources to help me develop new workouts.

    Great job on sticking with a good weight training program.

    There's a great website that's been tremendously valuable to me. http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ (you can pick exercises by muscle group, and then use filters based on the type of training, equipment available, and level of difficulty). And there are videos/pictures to help you learn the form.

    Do you train at home or at a gym? Are you comfortable using freeweights and machines both?
