NROL Supercharged

I'll finish my last workout of NROL4W tonight and trying to figure out what to do next. I'm considering NROL Supercharged, assuming it will build on what I've been doing and the moves will be somewhat familiar. Wanted to see what others think.

Can I be honest? NROLFW is a pretty good program (bought the book the other day actually so I could give it a better read through), but if you've "graduated" from the book, why don't you move on to a more focused and simple weight lifting program like Stronglifts 5x5? 4 compound exercises, 3 days a week, with increasing weight.

I'm still in the middle of NROL4W, but my bf has been doing NROL Supercharged and seems to like it. I intend to borrow his book after I finish the current program I'm on

You can always go back and do NROL4W again, if you want. Just keep progressing with the weights.

But, to answer the specific question you asked, since it's the same authors, I'd imagine you're correct in that many of the lifts will be either the same or similar.
