Thanks for the advice Brandi! I like the idea of setting little goals and rewards to keep you motivated through a longer process. Congrats on your journey so far. Same thing about turning our inner voices into our cheerleaders - we often spend way too much time talking down to ourselves. You're an inspiration :)
