First make sure your doctor has cleared you for physical activity. Start by walking. take little breaks if you have to. Try to walk a total of maybe 10-15 minutes/day. Maybe after a couple weeks gradually increase it to 20 minutes. Do you have access to an exercise bike? That's low impact if you have knee problems. A good…

Sautee your chicken in olive oil and add some mushrooms with a side of brown rice or black beans. Eat a couple tablespoons of PB with your banana. Instead of hard boiled eggs, make an omelet with spinach, orange, red & yellow peppers & mushrooms.

I like the brown noise from http://simplynoise.com/. I started using fans to create white noise, but would eventually burn them out. Now I have the brown noise track looped on my ipod that I play on my surround sound system in my bedroom. I need about 7 hours to feel good, but tend to only get about 6.
