When I cook supper I always make an extra portion for "leftovers", which I pack for lunch the following day. Strangely enough I don't get tired of eating the same meal twice in a row, leftovers for some reason are always better than the original meal.

I tried this last night for supper and it was absolutely delicious! I substituted in chicken instead of the shrimp (not a seafood fan) and used more garlic. Will be making again!
