Sunday is my weigh in day, also my cheat day, eat whatever I like within reason but still log my calories so I don't go too mad!!

Okay have walked up the hill near my house three times today., did it on separate occasions as there is no way I could have done it 3 times one after another...... as it was I felt like I needed oxygen at the end but got there:bigsmile:

Hi, I have another 90lbs to lose, been on this weight loss journey since beginning of Jan 2014, I log in every day anyone can add me if they wish, looking forward to helping and motivating each other.

When I did a "test" recalculation it showed I could up my calories to 1390 but I was thinking of not going over 1300, at present I am officially on 1200 but try to stay under 1250 so it wouldn't be a great deal of difference. As I said previously as I still have a lot to lose I thought it more beneficial to up my calorie…

Why not try doing the challenges a day later, ie Tues on Wed etc, at least you can get a full day on each one then x

Okay, didnt do breakfast as I had porridge, lunchtime, tomatoes, shredded carrot and lettuce salad,with egg, handful black grapes, blueberries, honeydew melon dinner dry stir fry with red, yellow and green peppers, handful black grapes, blue berries, honeydew melon

Hmmm this is one to think about, what about crackerbread/ryvitas they are not really square...........:tongue::bigsmile: love rice cakes so will check calorie count on them,
