I read a ton of books and saw various people (I'm at uni so didn't have the money to pay for a professional) so a lot of it was self-help, which where I see it was better for me because…

  • Thanks @middlehaitch. I eat around 1600 calories, 30%carbs 30% fat and 40% protein. I cycle around 25miles a week, gym 3-4times a week, rock climb/bouldering once a week, sort the horse out three mornings a week (yard duties etc) and normally walk over 10,000 steps a day. At the gym I start off with a 15-30min HIIT session…

  • I make my own protein shakes as I know some shakes are still just full of sugar and carbs. If this isn't what you want just watch out! Just buy some quality protein powder and make your own!
  • I also drink 3l+ of water a day, use a Fitbit flex to track data, I generally eat whole foods and I enjoy cooking from scratch. I don't buy bread, pasta, chocolate, processed foods etc. On reflection maybe the big problem with my diet is that I have occasional binges/ eat too much of one thing I.e peanut butter and nakd…
  • My favourites are - a protein bar - Protein shake. I mix a scoop of whey with some berries, almond milk and a banana. Or you can swap the berries for cocoa powder or even instant coffee powder! - Blend some cottage cheese (for the added protein!) with some berries and protein powder - Nuts - White fish with chilli and…
