Hi folks! New here. Currently binging on season 2 of Agents of Shield. I love watching Netflix while I'm walking on the treadmill. One hour show = 45 min with no commercials = perfect amount of time for me to walk!

That's fantastic! One big reason I'm on MFP is because my dad's side of the family all became Type 2 once they hit their 50s (all overweight) and I'm getting close to that age and don't want it to happen to me. I'm making slow but steady progress and stories like yours are my inspiration. Congratulations! :smile:
