I went through the same thing after I lost about 25lbs. I confirmed it with my Dr, we also ran some blood tests to make sure that this was the case. Everything came back normal. It lasted about 6 months for me.

My last 4 phones have been HTC Andrloid's I seriously love them. My fiance has an iphone, and seems less user friendly. but go play with both at your local store and see what strikes your fancy.

I prefer unsweetened almond milk, I love the Trader Joe's brand. I am actually contemplating making ice cream out of it now too since it sooooo low in calories, just add fresh fruit!

I schedule it in outlook on my calendar. This way its an appt and a part of my life. Helps me to stay organized too. I also try to make something in the crockpot the days that I workout after work so dinner is ready when I get home. (outlook saves me)

This is great, what drives me crazy is that the San Luis Sour Dough company is right behind the gym and they are just baking away every time I am at the gym, the smell of fresh sourdough whips through the open windows and makes me crave bread the whole time.
