Schedule it like you would anything else that you commit too. I put my workouts in my calendar so that I am committed to them...it seems to help me....and ask for support from your hubby. Tell him how important it is to you and that you really need his support.

$800 a month, we buy fresh produce from our local farmers markets which total about $50 a week which is included. There are 2 of us. I eat roughly 1800 calories per day, my fiance doubles that easily as he has a physically demanding job. We dont eat out at all, so this includes breakfast, lunch and dinners.

I bailed on the vanilla creamer about a year ago. Started buying Half n Half, its real and that is what was important to me. I dont need any extra voluntary chemicals. I nixed the splenda too and use real sugar. Oh and I also stopped counting my coffee calories. Life is good!

My son did it and lost 70lbs to get into the Navy....he loved it. I would never join but that is just because it is not my style. If you are interested try it. I think it is a great thing for the right people, and lets face it...something is better than nothing and you might as well enjoy what you are doing.
